Alex is responsible for Ironbark’s Funds Management and Corporate Trustee businesses. He manages the development and execution of the Investment Solutions strategy, and is responsible for overseeing manager selection, product development, and the distribution of Ironbark’s capabilities into the wholesale and institutional markets.
Before joining Ironbark in 2009, Alex was Head of Investment Sales for Colonial First State where he was responsible for the distribution of Colonial’s investment products in the Australian market.

Alexander Cousley is the Asia Pacific Investment Strategist for Russell Investments. His research and views help guide Russell’s actively managed portfolios. As well as coverage of the Asia Pacific, he is a member of the Risk-On, Risk-Off, and Listed Real Assets SME team, responsible for tactical opportunities and process enhancement.
Alexander is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Sydney. Before joining Russell Investments, Alexander worked at BIS Shrapnel as an asset sales consultant for an economic research firm. He advised on a number of large Australian infrastructure deals, including Transgrid, Ausgrid, and the Port of Melbourne. Alexander also built a national freight model for an Australian rail transport company.

Before joining Mercer in February 2020, Andrew gained more than eight years of experience within the multi-family office and wealth management industries working as an investment manager advising clients on asset allocation, investment selection and overall strategy across the ultra-high- and high-net-worth client space.

Ari Rajendra is Head of Private Markets Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI).
He leads the development and commercialization of benchmarks that bring transparency and structure to private markets, including private equity, private credit and related asset classes.
Since joining S&P DJI in 2020, Ari has held several product leadership roles, most recently as Head of Thematic Indices, where he was responsible for developing and expanding the firm’s suite of innovative and sustainable thematic strategies.
Prior to S&P DJI, Ari spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in London as the European lead for Delta 1 Strategy, overseeing index and custom product design, marketing and client solutions. Earlier in his career, he led European Equity Index Research at J.P. Morgan and held roles at UBS and a proprietary trading firm.

Charlie is BondAdviser’s Head of Investment Solutions. He is a portfolio manager for BondAdviser’s SMAs, IMAs and model portfolios. Charlie has extensive fixed income markets experience, being wall-crossed as a credit analyst on over 80 transactions totaling in excess of $45 billion in raised capital.
He is a voting member of BondAdviser’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee.
Charlie is also responsible for the design and development of BA’s quant models and systems.
Charlie joined BondAdviser in 2018 as an Analyst, and subsequently became the Head of Research. In prior roles, Charlie has worked at Credit Suisse and Fordham, a business advisory firm that is part of Perpetual Limited.

Danielle, who has 25 years of experience investing in equity markets, joined Sands Capital in 2013 as a research analyst primarily covering automotive, machine vision, and specialty chemicals and materials businesses. In 2020, she was promoted to senior research analyst and also joined the Global Shariah portfolio management team. Danielle was named co-portfolio manager of the International Growth strategy in 2022 and of the Global Leaders and International Leaders strategies in 2024.

Deanne joined Lonsec Investment Solutions (now Evidentia) as Portfolio Manager in late 2019 and is responsible for the management of Lonsec’s multi-asset & retirement portfolios.
Deanne was with the Lonsec Group since July 2007 and holds over 20 years’ experience in managed funds research and portfolio management.
Prior to joining LIS, Deanne was Co-Head of Manager Research at Lonsec, responsible for the quality and suitability of Lonsec’s managed funds research and overseeing an award-winning team of analysts.

Darren is an experienced multi-asset portfolio manager and brings specialist knowledge in portfolio construction, investment strategy, asset allocation, and risk management. He has held roles in funds management and asset consulting over the past 19 years.
Prior to joining Evidentia Darren was Head of Portfolio Management at AMP Capital where he led a team of portfolio managers and analysts responsible for AMP’s range of multi-asset funds including super, pension, goals based, insurance-linked and passive portfolios totalling $80 billion FUM.
Darren also headed the research and development program of the AMP Capital Multi-Asset Group and oversaw portfolio construction, asset allocation and implementation across the group’s set of multi-asset funds.
Prior to joining AMP, Darren was Portfolio Manager for Perpetual’s Diversified Strategies team where he was responsible for a range of multi-asset funds. Mr Beesley has also worked as portfolio manager and dealer at Ankura Capital (quantitative Australian equities), and as an investment analyst at Willis Towers Watson.
Darren is Chief Investment Officer and a Partner at Evidentia. In this role he has responsibility for the Multi Asset component of the investment management function including capital markets research, and asset allocation. He is also the portfolio manager of the Evidentia multi asset portfolios.
Darren is qualified as a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute of Australia (FIAA) and sits on the Actuaries Institute Retirement Income Working Group. He completed a Commerce Degree at UNSW majoring in finance and actuarial studies and was awarded the UNSW Co-op Scholarship in actuarial studies.
