Information provided by IMAP, its Directors, staff, consultants, Sponsors, subscribers or contributors (IMAP contributors) is not intended to be legal or financial advice and IMAP and it’s event contributors accept no liability and make no warranty as to accuracy of information in respect of any matter upon which comment is made.
By agreeing to attend this event you fully indemnify IMAP and it’s event contributors in respect any reliance on such information.
· IMAP Privacy Policy consent
In accordance with IMAP’s Privacy Policy you consent to receive written and electronic communications and materials from IMAP, its sponsors, and others.
You acknowledge and accept that IMAP may record some events in video or audio format, and photos of an IMAP event may be taken where images of attendees and speakers may be taken.
· Alternate Attendee
You may send an alternate attendee to the event in place or yourself providing that you can please advise the details of the alternate attendee at least 24 hours before the event to the IMAP contact details shown below;

Event cancellation or date change, or content change by IMAP |
Registrations will automatically be honoured by IMAP, and assigned to the new date. Refunds will be made by IMAP in full to anyone who can demonstrate that they genuinely cannot attend the event. |

· Event Changes at IMAP Discretion
IMAP reserves the right to make changes to publicised event dates, content and speakers at any time. IMAP undertakes to advise registered attendees of such changes and
